7-Day Return Policy

Within 7 days from order receipt, you may return any product purchased that arrives damaged, defective, missing part or does not match product description, for free.

Three Steps Co, Ltd will exchange for a new unit or grant a full refund upon customer’s request. You are required to ship the product, along with all original packing back with a tracked shipping method. After we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you the replacement free of charge.

You may also request for a full refund on the order. We will refund your full ordering amount plus up to $30 to cover your return shipping costs.

If you would like to return an item due to change of mind or other reasons not specified above, you are eligible to pay for the return shipping with tracking, plus an administration fee of $30

You may cancel an order for any reason before it is dispatched for a full refund. You are required to submit your request to us by using “Contact Us” or emailing us at support@mycustomdevice.com

We generally dispatch an order within 3 business days.

Up to $30 return fee will be charged if an order has been dispatched. The return fee is to cover part of the shipping, return shipping and customs clearance expenses incurred during your order.

Refund will be processed through our payment gateway within 3 business days after the item has been confirmed for return.

If an item returned has been used or missing content; and thus cannot be directly restocked, a restocking fee up to $100 will be charged. This applies to all return requests.

All return requests must be submitted to us through “contact us”. Failing to do so may waive your right to receive a full refund.
You are required to ship the return merchandise back to us within 5 calendar days after return address and information have been provided to you through email.

A tracked shipping method is required for all returns. The shipping service has to be reasonably fast, with average listed delivery time within 14 business days. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mycustomdevice.com and await an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at support@mycustomdevice.com and await an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
