Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping rates and taxes will be calculated during checkout based on the option selected. If there is any problem with the phone, we will work with you remotely to fix it to your satisfaction.

We stand behind what we sell 100%. You are guaranteed complete satisfaction.  If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.  Should you have any problem.

Please note that we are not a “use and return” company.  We take great pride in what we sell and promise that your product will work as the manufacturer specified or we will replace it for you.

Some people will buy a product, use it for a short while and then attempt to do a fraudulent chargeback or try and return it.  We are not a rental company.  You will incur shipping charges and restocking fees of up to 25% and any return must be pre approved.  If you have any doubts as to whether a product is suitable for your situation PLEASE ask us first.

After 7 Days from date of purchase All sales are considered final and they cannot be returned. However hardware warrantys for truly defective products will still be honored.

Returning a product that is not working properly
Although we test every product to ensure proper operation before leaving our shipping department sometimes things just happen that cause them to stop working.  Whether it’s rough handling during shipping or the product is just having a bad day, we’ll take care of it.

Defective Device Repair / Replacement Policy

Steps:

1. A Technician connects to device and documents in a word document with any applicable images of what's defective and devices present condition;
2. Technician reviews the findings with the Return / Replacement Committee to determine if the device should be repaired as local Samsung or return to the Fulfilment Center.
3. If a return is approved for replacement by the Committee, a Return Waybill will be sent to the Customer.
4. The returned device arrives at the Fulfilment Center and is inspected
5. Repaired or Replacement Device Shipped to Customer within 72 hours of receipt.
6. If a refund is approved by the Refund Committee e.g device was returned within the 14 day return for refund window the restocking fee will be waived.

If you do need to return a product, please email us at support@flexiexpress.store and await an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

We DO NOT pay for return shipping if the equipment is in perfect working order when it reaches our technicians so please read the directions that came with your equipment.  Check all the connections.
